The purpose of Hatha Yoga Devanand is to bring this time-tested yoga practice to the community, free or via small donation. Our certified instructors teach and guide students with love, patience and discipline through a sequence of stretches, positions (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation, with which one can reduce stress and live a healthier life.
